Job summary

Qualifications

Job Description

• Handle daily dispatch operations for edible oil Tin, pouch, and Box products.
• Prepare dispatch plan as per Sales Orders, stock availability and delivery priority.
• Involved and well-coordinated with Warehouse, Sales, Production and own vehicles team for timely dispatch.
• Arrange suitable vehicles as per quantity, destination and vehicle capacity.
• Verify SKU, batch, quantity and packing before vehicle loading.
• Supervise loading and ensure proper stacking, handling and securing of goods.
• Prepare and verify Invoice, Delivery Challan, E-Way Bill, LR/GR and Gate Pass.
• Update all dispatch transactions in ERP/Tally.
• Maintain SKU-wise, batch-wise and customer-wise dispatch records.
• Monitor vehicle placement, loading time and vehicle detention.
• Track dispatched vehicles and coordinate for on-time delivery.
• Follow up for POD/Delivery Confirmation from customers and verify.
• Reconcile physical stock vs system stock and report discrepancies.
• Prepare Daily Dispatch, Pending Order, Vehicle and POD reports.
• Ensure minimum dispatch errors, product damage, leakage and shortage.
• Follow company SOP, safety, hygiene and food-handling standards.
• Resolve day-to-day issues related to vehicle, loading, documentation and delivery.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Dispatch & Logistics Operations.
• FMCG / Edible Oil / Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP/Tally and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST Invoice & E-Way Bill.
• Strong transporter, driver, and vehicle coordination skills.
• Good communication, follow-up and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily dispatch targets.
