Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services in Navi Mumbai is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatch & Billing Executive to manage end-to-end dispatch and ensure timely, accurate billing of customer orders. You will coordinate with the warehouse, logistics team, and ERP systems to maintain records and support dispatch operations.

Key duties include preparing invoices and dispatch documents, verifying orders, maintaining records, and generating reports for management while resolving any billing or dispatch queries

Qualifications

• Experience with dispatch documentation and invoicing.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills & E Invoicing and other dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Verify sales orders, pricing, quantities, and dispatch details before billing.
• Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/software on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with transporters for shipment scheduling and tracking.
• Ensure all dispatches comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Resolve billing or dispatch-related queries from customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of invoices, courier receipts, and transport records.
• Support inventory reconciliation and stock movement documentation.
• Generate periodic dispatch and billing reports for management.
