Job summary

Acura Solutions is seeking a Dispatch/Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse and dispatch activities, ensuring timely material movement and accurate stock control. You will coordinate with internal teams, transporters and vendors, and travel to Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Bangalore as required.

The role requires supervising warehouse staff, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Ability to manage stock levels and reconcile inventory.
• Experience coordinating with transporters and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse, dispatch, loading and unloading operations.
• Manage inward and outward movement of materials and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure accurate stock, inventory and material reconciliation.
• Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records, invoices, delivery challans and MIS reports.
• Ensure proper packing, labelling and handling of materials.
• Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety and security standards.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Accounts and other teams for dispatch requirements.
• Track deliveries and resolve delays, shortages or discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse/dispatch staff and allocate daily work.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warehouse processes.
