Job summary

NEWSOFT CONSULTANTS is seeking a DFT engineer with strong fundamentals in DFT and hands-on experience in SCAN, MBIST, BSCAN, and IJTAG. The role involves working on Analog IP block testing, DFT insertion at RTL/netlist level, and ATPG coverage analysis to improve test quality and silicon yield.

Candidates should be comfortable with post-silicon support and RTL verification tools. The position requires deep knowledge of DFT concepts and experience with ATE pattern development, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in DFT.
• Experience with SCAN, MBIST, BSCAN, IP test modes and post-silicon support.
• Equivalence check and RTL lint tooling.
• Experience with ATE pattern development and ATE support.

Responsibilities

• In depth of DFT concepts including Analog IP block testing.
• Experience in DFT insertion, including SCAN, MBIST, BSCAN, IJTAG.
