Job summary

Tech Mahindra seeks a DFT engineer specializing in scan insertion, ATPG, MBIST, and boundary scan to strengthen test flows. You will implement compression-enabled scan structures and validate coverage across RTL and gate nets.

The role requires hands-on experience with Mentor, Cadence, and Synopsys tools, plus strong debugging and verification skills. Bengaluru-based position with opportunities to drive scalable test solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in DFT scan features including insertion with compression.
• Hands-on with Scan ATPG and fault coverage analysis.
• Experience in MBIST insertion, RTL and gates netlist debugging.
• Experience in Boundary Scan insertion, simulation and verification.
• Familiarity with Mentor, Cadence, Synopsys EDA tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and insert scan structures with compression for test.
• Develop and validate Scan ATPG for stuck-at and At-Speed.
• Perform MBIST insertion and debug at RTL and gate levels.
• Implement boundary scan and verify using EDA tools.

Job description

• Experience in Scan insertion with compression for Stuck-At and At-Speed test.
• Experience in Scan ATPG (Stuck-At and At-Speed), coverage analysis, simulation and debug.
• Experience in MBIST insertion, simulation and debug on RTL and gates netlist
• Experience in Boundary Scan insertion, simulation and verification.
• Hands on knowledge in state-of-the-art EDA tools for DFT, design and verification.(Mentor, Cadence, Synopsys).
