Job summary

Radial Hr Solutions in India is seeking a hardware verification engineer to insert scan chains and generate ATPG vectors, improving scan coverage and reliability.

The role requires hands-on MBIST insertion, boundary scan expertise including tap controller and P1500, and experience with RTL- and netlist-based insertion flows, plus DFT simulation.
