Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is hiring for an Engineering - Verification Engineer 2 on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on verification tasks related to ATPG, Scan/ATPG, and associated standards. Strong scripting experience is required along with hands-on work with scan ATPG simulations, SSN, IJTAG, and EDT.

You will perform scan insertion using Fusion compiler and collaborate with the design and verification teams to ensure robust test patterns and correct timing.

Qualifications

• JD for Scan/ATPG engineer.
