• Able to run coverage analysis and retarget from top level for ATPG.
• Experience with zero delay and timing simulations; MBIST/ATPG simulations

Responsibilities

• Contribute as DFT engineer supporting SSN verification and ATPG.
• Develop and validate MBIST and ATPG simulations.
• Perform scan insertion tasks and timing simulations as required.
• Analyze fault models (SA/TD) and ensure coverage targets are met.
• Collaborate with design and verification teams to optimize DFT flow.
