Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring a DFT Engineer in Bangalore for a 12-month contract with a leading semiconductor client.

The candidate will work on IJTAG in IEEE 1687, memory BIST, ATPG concepts, and AI-assisted scripting to optimize test coverage and scan-insertion workflows. Key focus areas include edt-based scan insertion, OCC/scan clocking, SAF/TDF coverage improvements, SSN concepts, and integration with AI-assisted tooling to enhance fault coverage and efficiency in

Qualifications

• Experience with IJTAG (IEEE 1687) and related tooling.
• Hands-on exposure to scan insertion techniques (edt, OCC, and scan clocking).
• Knowledge of Memory BIST (SMS/SMSG) and ATPG concepts (SAF, TDF) and coverage improvements.
