Job summary

Acma Computers in Mumbai seeks a hands-on Windows IT support technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 across desktops, laptops, and business apps. You'll work with hardware, printers, and peripherals while ensuring smooth user experience.

You will handle Outlook and Microsoft 365 issues, manage AD/Group Policy, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) to keep systems secure and connected.

Qualifications

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems and business applications.
• Resolve Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and email configuration issues.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop, laptop troubleshooting; hands-on hardware, software, printers, and peripheral support.
