Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware.
• Provide remote and on-site support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Configure Outlook, Office 365 applications, and other enterprise software.
• Support Windows OS, network connectivity, printers, and other IT assets.
• Provide technical guidance to end-users and assist in IT process improvements.
• Be professional while coordinating with user and follow the defined process.
• Escalate issues to higher level if unresolved for faster resolution.
