Job summary

Team Computers is seeking an L2 IT support professional in Gujarat to handle desktop, laptop, and end-user issues. You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments, manage Active Directory, and address GPO-related tasks. This role requires coordinating with server teams and ensuring SLA compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of IT support experience, is ready to join immediately, and holds a graduate degree. Male candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 IT support for desktop, laptop, and end-user issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 issues.
• Manage Active Directory: user creation, password resets, unlocks, and group membership.
• Troubleshoot GPO and run gpupdate /force.
• Diagnose BSOD, performance issues, OS crashes, and application errors.
• Resolve DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP configuration issues.
• Provide basic VMware virtualization support and coordinate with server teams.
• Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Maintain SLA, update tickets, document steps, and coordinate with higher teams.

Role & responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for desktop, laptop, and end-user IT issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022-related issues.
• Manage Active Directory (AD), including user account creation, password resets, account unlocks, and group membership.
• Troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPO) and execute commands such as gpupdate /force.
• Diagnose BSOD, system performance, OS crashes, application errors, and driver issues.
• Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and IP configuration issues.
• Provide support for physical servers, application clusters, and basic server connectivity issues.
• Perform Windows patching, software installation, upgrades, and security updates.
• Troubleshoot printer, peripheral, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Provide basic VMware virtualization support and coordinate with server teams for escalations.
• Handle incident and service requests through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Maintain SLA compliance, update tickets, and document troubleshooting steps.
• Coordinate with L3, network, and server teams for complex technical issues.
