Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and laptop support to users
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications
• Handle hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Support basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and email configuration
• Perform software installation, updates, and system maintenance
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets as per SLA
