• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
• Provide support via phone, email, remote tools and in-person
• Install, configure and maintain operating systems and applications
• Set up and configure new employee workstations (hardware + software)
• Manage desktop/laptop inventory and asset tracking
• Perform system updates, patches and software upgrades
• Support peripheral devices (printers, scanners, mobile devices)
• Ensure data backups and recovery procedures are performed
• Document issues and solutions in ticketing systems
• Collaborate with IT teams on complex technical problems
• Train users on system features and best practices
• Assist with video conferencing setup and hardware refreshes
• Provide after-hours support as part of on-call rotation
