Responsibilities

• Assist with software (MS Office, Adobe CS, antivirus) and cloud services (Office 365).
• Maintain basic IT infrastructure and support user requests with timely resolution.

• Operating Systems Skills in: Windows (XP, 7, 8, 10,11), Basic in macOS, Basic in Linux.
• Having Good troubleshooting Skills in : Hardware: Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, Mobile devices.
• Software: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Antivirus software, active directory, printer server.
• Networking: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud-based services such as Office 365.

• Communication: Should have at least verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing timely and effective support.
