Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Desktop Support or IT Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and printer management.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
