Job summary

Fencer Services in Maharashtra’s Chakan area is seeking an IT Support Technician to install and configure Windows desktops, troubleshoot hardware issues, and manage Office 365 and printer setups. The role covers LAN/WAN basics, IP addressing, Wi‑Fi configurations, and remote installations, with emphasis on reliable video conferencing support.

You will work in rotation shifts, servicing office devices and ensuring smooth IT operations for daily business activities.

Qualifications

• Male candidate only
• Experience with Windows OS installations (Windows 7/10/11)
• Office 365, Outlook installation and troubleshooting
• Printer and scanner configuration
• Understanding LAN/WAN technologies and IP addressing
• Wi‑Fi setup and access point configuration
• Remote installations using remote access tools
• Video conferencing solutions knowledge and setup

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Windows 7/10/11 on desktops and laptops
• Troubleshoot desktop & laptop hardware components
• Install and configure Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook; troubleshoot related issues
• Configure printers and scanners for office use
• Set up and verify LAN/WAN networks; manage IP addressing
• Configure Wi-Fi networks and access points
• Perform remote installations using remote access tools
• Support setup and operation of video conferencing systems

• Installation and configuring of Operating Systems of Windows 7, 10 & 11.
• Good Knowledge of desktop & laptop hardware troubleshooting skills.
• Installation & configuration of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook & troubleshooting related problems.
• Configuration of Printer & Scanner.
• Understanding of various LAN and WAN technologies.
• Good knowledge of Wi-Fi setup and access point configuration.
• Good knowledge of IP addressing.
• Understanding remote installations using remote access tools.
• Good knowledge of video conferencing solutions.

Required Skills:

• Good Hardware part replacement knowledge
• Worked on LAN Crimping, I/O Punching.
