Job summary

ITC Infotech in Gurugram is seeking an IT Support/AD Administrator to build Windows desktops, join them to the domain, and configure user profiles. You will install standard software including MS Office, Outlook, Lotus Notes, antivirus, CrowdStrike and SAP client, while providing application support and handling mailbox/AD ID changes.

You will verify group ownership, manage AD accounts (unlock/password resets) and coordinate with ITSS for WAN issues.

Qualifications

• Windows 10/11 desktop setup and domain join.
• Mailbox creation/modification/deletion in AD and Exchange.
• Basic network concepts and WAN troubleshooting.
• IT service desk coordination for user/permission requests.
• Group management: creation and deletion in collaboration with owners.

Responsibilities

• Build Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
• Setup domain joined devices and configure user profiles.
• Install standard apps: MS Office, Outlook, Lotus Notes, antivirus, CrowdStrike, SAP client.
• Provide application support for above software.
• Create/delete/transfer mailboxes and AD IDs; log requests with ITSS service desk.
• Verify group creation/deletion with group owners.
• Manage AD accounts: unlocks, password resets; coordinate with AD teams.
• Diagnose and resolve basic network issues; liaise with ITSS WAN team.
• Set up VC room equipment and coordinate.
• Supervise LAN switches; work with Network Engineer; escalate LAN issues.

1. 1. Build Windows 1011 Desktops Laptops
2. 2. Setup desktop laptop in the domain and configure user profile
3. 3. Setup standard applications like MSOffice mail clients MS Outlook Lotus Notes Antivirus Security software CrowdStrike and specific business software SAP client
4. 4. Bau Application support for the above software
5. 5. User creation deletion transfer with ITSS team Logging requests with the ITC Service Desk for the creation modification deletion and transfer of mailboxes AD IDs
6. 6. Verification of groups including their creation and deletion in collaboration with group owners
7. 7. The team will handle user Active Directory account unlocking password resets and coordination with the central Active Directory and Central Local Network teams
8. 8. Basic understanding of network concepts and devices Initial diagnosis and resolution of network-related issues Liase with ITSS network team for Wan issues
9. 9. VC room equipment setup and coordination
10. 10. Supervision of LAN switches and collaboration with the Network Engineer a Escalation and follow-up of LAN-related issues with the vendor to ensure prompt resolution for Distribution Operations Branches and Warehouses.
