Job summary

CMS It Services is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user support for desktop hardware, software, and network issues in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex problems across desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and coordinating with the team to address root causes.

You will install and maintain Windows OS, configure LAN settings, and troubleshoot Outlook.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in desktop support engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of DNS configuration, DHCP server management, IP addressing schemes.
• Proficiency in PC assembling, LAN configuration, Outlook configuration & troubleshooting.
