Job summary

Allied Digital in Mundra, Gujarat, is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide end-user technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office and related applications, and resolve hardware and software issues with a focus on user satisfaction.

The role requires 2–5 years in desktop support, a IT-related diploma or degree, and solid communication skills to coordinate with users and internal teams.

Qualifications
