Qualifications

• 1–3 years of desktop engineering or IT support experience.
• Solid knowledge of installing and configuring Windows OS (Windows 10/11).
• Experience configuring MS Outlook email clients.
• Experience with desktop hardware, printers, network devices, and basic LAN issues.
