Job Description

Urgently hiring Desktop Engineer for an MNC company located in Ahmedabad. The candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant post‑qualification work experience in ICT Business Systems Analysis or ICT Support. The maximum CTC is ₹30,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support during business application incidents and ensure that the incident is handled properly as per process.
• Responsible for root cause analysis of business application system incidents through the problem management process.
• Work directly with business to identify issues in day‑to‑day functioning of business applications and help management prioritize the issues with the development team.
• Improve application functionality and performance and work with development team for system and business improvements.
• Maintain documentation related to business application support incidents and corresponding workarounds and fixes.
• Work with business analysis and testing groups as an extended team member to provide inputs from production support to ensure efficient application design.
• Develop an overall and in‑depth understanding of business processes of the department being supported by the team and prepare documentation for the same.

Skill Set
