Job summary

DGN INFOSOLUTION PVT. LTD. in Delhi seeks a fresh IT support assistant to provide desktop and IT helpdesk services. You will install Windows OS, configure software, and perform routine maintenance for employees.

You will troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues, set up computers and peripherals, and maintain asset records. Basic networking knowledge and good communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Freshers can apply; candidates with desktop support experience will be preferred.
• Strong basic hardware understanding and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic desktop and IT support to users.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, keyboard, mouse and other hardware issues.
