Job summary

Training Basket is seeking an IT Support Technician in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, India. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment, plus providing user support for hardware, software, and network issues.

You will assist in setting up and maintaining LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks, monitor performance, and document IT assets. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware and Operating Systems.
• Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
• Familiarity with routers, switches, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
