Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Non-Engineering) is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce operations.
• Working knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring, reconciliation, and variance resolution.
• Execute cycle counts, physical audits, and inventory verification activities.
• Manage putaway, location accuracy, and warehouse slotting.
• Handle damaged, expired, lost, and non-sellable inventory as per SOPs.
• Analyze pick paths and recommends slotting improvements to improve productivity.
• Monitor and control high-value/sensitive inventory with strict process adherence.
• Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Drive SOP compliance, inventory governance, and continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Prepare inventory MIS and support operational performance reviews.
