Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience in grocery/FMCG warehousing and 3PL operations, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Grocery/FMCG industry experience.
• Experience managing large teams/workforces of 300–400 personnel.
• Proven experience in E-commerce warehouse operations.
• Sound understanding of 3PL warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; excellent people and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, storage, inventory, order fulfillment, and outbound.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring productivity, service levels, and cost efficiency.
• Lead and manage a workforce of 300–400 associates, supervisors, and support staff.
• Ensure adherence to inventory control processes and maintain high inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and achieve KPIs: productivity, quality, safety, turnaround time, and customer service.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Transportation, Procurement, Vendor Management).
• Oversee 3PL warehouse operations and ensure SLA compliance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Ensure safety, security, and regulatory compliance in the warehouse.
• Conduct regular reviews, audits, and team evaluations for continuous improvement.
