What You’ll Own / Responsibilities

• End-to-end inventory management (Stock accuracy, Ageing, DOH, Stock Health)
• Shrinkage control — loss identification, SOP implementation, audits & corrective actions
• Complete dark store operations — inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns & reconciliation
• KPI ownership: Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, Shrink %, Productivity & SLA adherence
• Manpower planning — rostering, productivity tracking & performance management
• Escalation handling — inventory mismatches, operational disruptions, manpower gaps
• Process compliance, safety & operational excellence across shifts
• Training & capability building for scalable execution
