Job summary

Zippee, India's leading quick commerce logistics startup, is seeking a Dark store Manager - Operations in Hyderabad. This in-person role places you at our dark store near Manikonda, working in a fast-paced environment that moves quickly and demands ownership.

You will oversee two-hour and same-day delivery operations, coordinate with D2C brands, ensure SLA adherence, manage inventory, hiring, and MIS, and help build a culture that scales profitability.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of Operations/Supply Chain Management experience at Quick Commerce/Ecommerce warehousing/logistics companies.
• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
• Must have an owner’s mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
• Be part of a tight-knit rocket ship passionate about empowering Ecommerce brands in the quick commerce era.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-Hour/Same-Day Delivery Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, etc) across our dark stores in Hyderabad.
• Work closely with Zippee customers (D2C/Marketplaces/E-Commerce Brands) and support them in expansion/growth.
• Ensure 100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & adhere to dark store SLAs such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, COD management.
• Hire, manage & motivate the dark store team (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, and delivery riders).
• Weekly inventory audits, COD reconciliation, hiring, & MIS reporting to Management.
• Help create a rockstar culture amongst the team to scale to profitability.
