Overview

We’re looking for a talented Operations Executive - Dark Store Operations in Delhi NCR. This is an in-person role at our dark store, which will involve local travel to different dark stores, and you must be based in Delhi NCR. This is a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where delivering impact is the priority.

Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-Hour/Same-Day Delivery Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, etc.) across multiple dark stores/projects in Delhi NCR.
• Work closely with Zippee customers (D2C/Marketplaces/E-commerce Brands) and support their expansion/growth.
• Ensure dark store SLAs including inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, and COD management.
• Hire, manage & motivate the dark store team (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, and delivery riders).
• Weekly inventory audits, COD reconciliation, hiring, and MIS reporting to Management.
• Help create a high-performance culture to scale toward profitability.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of Operations or Warehousing experience, preferably in Quick Commerce, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Logistics tech.
• Strong communication and team-management skills.
• Hands-on experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP, inventory management software, etc.
• Local network of dark store/warehousing/operations/last-mile delivery associates.
• Own laptop required.
