Job summary

Zippee is seeking an Operations Executive - Dark Store Operations in Pune to oversee 2-Hour and Same-Day delivery operations, inbound/outbound, and inventory across our dark stores. This in-person role requires being based near Viman Nagar, Pune, and driving fast, high-impact execution.

You will collaborate with Zippee customers (D2C/Marketplaces/E-Commerce Brands) to support expansion, maintain 100% Same-Day Fulfillment, and ensure SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of operations/supply chain management experience in Quick Commerce or ecommerce warehousing/logistics.
• Team management, stakeholder management and independent decision-making experience.
• Owner's mindset; we are looking for owners, not employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2-Hour/Same-Day Delivery Operations across our dark stores in Pune.
• Work closely with Zippee customers (D2C/Marketplaces/E-Commerce Brands) and support them in expansion/growth.
• Ensure 100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & adhere to dark store SLAs (inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, COD management).
• Hire, manage & motivate the dark store team (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, and delivery riders).
• Weekly inventory audits, COD reconciliation, hiring, & MIS reporting to Management.
• Help create a rockstar culture amongst the team to scale to profitability.
