Job summary

Zepto is seeking an operations professional to own inventory management at the delivery hub in Tamil Nadu. You will ensure stock accuracy, manage ageing and DOH, and maintain overall stock health across shifts.

Responsibilities include shrinkage control, SOP adherence, audits, end-to-end inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns and reconciliation. You will track KPIs such as fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink, productivity and SLA adherence.

• Drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, implementing SOPs, audits and corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end store operations inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns and reconciliation.
• Ensure strict adherence to process, safety and compliance standards across shifts.
• Define, track and improve KPIs like fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %, productivity and SLA adherence.
• Lead manpower planning and rostering, productivity tracking and performance management.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements and drive efficiency gains.
• Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch, manpower shortages, or disruptions.
• Drive training and capability building to ensure consistent execution at scale.
