Job summary

Zippee.delivery in Surat is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager (Dark Store/FC Operations) to oversee Middle-Mile and Last-Mile activities, inventory, staffing, and vendor partnerships within our rapidly growing dark store network.

You will drive 100% delivery SLAs, implement SOPs, and lead a high-performing FC team while collaborating with ecommerce brands to scale quick commerce operations in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Operations/Supply Chain Management experience in Quick Commerce/Ecommerce warehousing.
• Team management, stakeholder management and independent decision-making experience.
• Must have an owner's mindset; we are seeking owners, not employees.
• Be part of a rocket-ship team empowering Ecommerce brands in quick commerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Middle-Mile & Last-Mile operations in Surat, managing in-store/delivery fleet teams at FC.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce brands to support their growth.
• Own all aspects of dark store and last-mile operations: inbound, inventory, outbound, staffing, rostering, training, engagement, vendor partnerships, COD, safety, security.
• Ensure streamlined supply chain to achieve 100% Same-Day Delivery and meet SLAs across the city.
• Lead metrics related to reliability, customer experience and cost-per-order; develop and implement SOPs for dark store and last-mile operations.
• Oversee weekly audits and daily MIS reporting to Management.
• Foster a rockstar culture within the FC team to scale profitability.

We're looking for a talented & experienced Warehouse Manager (s) - Dark Store/FC Operations in Surat.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee Middle-Mile & Last-Mile operations in Surat while managing in-store/delivery fleet teams at our FC.
• Work closely with our customers (Ecommerce brands) and support them in growth.
• Own all aspects of dark store & last-mile operations such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, last-mile vendor partnerships, COD management, safety, and security.
• Ensure a streamlined Supply Chain to drive 100% success rate in Same-Day Delivery & meet SLAs across the city.
• Lead all metrics related to reliability, customer experience & CPO (cost-per-order) as per business needs, while continuously developing & implementing SOPs (dark store + last-mile) to improve them.
• Oversee weekly audits and daily MIS reporting to Management.
• Help create a rockstar culture amongst your FC team to scale to profitability.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Operations/Supply Chain Management experience at Quick Commerce/Ecommerce warehousing companies like Xpressbees, Prozo, ekart, Delhivery, EcomExpress, Blinkit, etc.
• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
