Job summary

Zepto in Pune is seeking an operations leader to manage end-to-end warehouse/dark store functions, focusing on stock accuracy, ageing analysis, and DOH health.

You will drive cycle counts, audits, and shrinkage reduction, own KPIs like fill rate and productivity, plan manpower, and ensure safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–5 yrs in Warehouse / Dark Store / Retail / E-commerce Ops.
• Strong knowledge of Cycle Count, Inventory Audits, and Shrinkage.
• Experience managing high-velocity inventory environments and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end inventory management: stock accuracy, ageing, DOH, stock health.
• Shrinkage control through loss identification, SOPs, audits and corrective actions.
• Dark store operations: inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns and reconciliation.
• Own KPIs: fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %, productivity, SLA adherence.
• Manpower planning: rostering, productivity tracking and performance management.
• Handle escalations: inventory mismatches and operational disruptions.
• Ensure process compliance, safety and operational excellence across shifts.
• Train and build capability for scalable execution.
