Role Description The Delegate Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing delegates for LoopLynks Events programs and recognition initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves researching target audiences, building prospect lists, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms. The position includes nurturing relationships with potential delegates, explaining event value propositions, and handling inquiries to ensure a positive experience. The executive will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align acquisition efforts with campaign goals, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular performance reports. The role also requires attending events and meetings as needed to strengthen networks and support on-ground execution.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to build professional relationships.
• Experience in delegate acquisition, sales, business development, or event outreach, preferably within events, conferences, or recognition programs.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools and CRM or lead management systems to track outreach and follow-ups.
• Ability to research and identify relevant prospects, segment audiences, and tailor messaging to different stakeholder groups.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns, meet acquisition targets, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in leadership, recognition, and impact-driven organizations; prior experience in events or corporate recognition programs is an advantage.
