Qualifications

• 1–5 years of proven international BPO experience (Tech Support / Printer Support preferred).
• Exceptional English communication skills with neutral accent and clarity.
• Hands-on knowledge of basic computer networking, operating systems, and printer troubleshooting.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced USA night shift environment.
• Minimum educational qualification: High School Graduate / Undergraduate / Any Graduate.
• Strong problem-solving, active listening, and customer retention skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from USA customers regarding printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to printer drivers, Wi-Fi connectivity, and paper jams.
• Guide users step-by-step through remote support to fix software and setup errors.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-call resolution (FCR).
• Log detailed customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions accurately in the CRM database.
• Meet daily performance metrics, call quality standards, and resolution targets.
