Pagaar India is seeking an experienced Technical Support Executive for our International BPO Printer & Antivirus Troubleshooting Process based in Noida. You will support international customers via phone and remote desktop, diagnosing printer and antivirus issues, and guiding users through step-by-step fixes.

The role requires 1–3 years in international tech support, strong English communication, and comfort with US night shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in International Technical Support or Technical BPO.
• Hands-on experience with Printer Troubleshooting and Antivirus Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Experience using remote desktop support tools.
• Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound technical support calls from international customers.
• Diagnose and resolve printer installation, configuration, connectivity, and driver issues.
• Troubleshoot antivirus installation, activation, renewal, updates, and removal issues.
• Provide remote technical support using remote desktop tools.
• Resolve Windows OS, networking, email configuration, and software issues.
• Escalate complex issues and maintain accurate case documentation.
