Pagaar India in Greater Noida is seeking a Technical Sales Executive for Printer Subscription Sales across international BPO operations. You will handle inbound inquiries from US-based customers, promote printer subscription plans, and deliver excellent service to convert inquiries into subscriptions.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of experience in printer/subscription sales or technical support sales, strong English communication, and a track record of achieving sales targets in night-shift

Qualifications

• Graduate or undergraduate with 1–7 years of international BPO or technical sales experience.
• Excellent spoken English and strong sales/objection-handling skills.
• Willing to work night shift in US time zones and join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from international customers.
• Sell printer subscription plans and related technical services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell printer support plans and value-added services.
• Explain subscription benefits, pricing, and renewal options.
