Job summary

Munim - Billing | Accounting | GST Software is seeking a Customer Support Executive Fresher to join our team. You will address customer queries, provide product information, and assist users with software operations, ensuring smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and basic MS Office proficiency. Freshers are welcome, with up to 6 months of experience in a customer support role.

Qualifications

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in customer support environment with strong knowledge of customer service practices.
• Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal & written) with ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
• Multilingual proficiency: English, Hindi and Gujarati.
• Good presentation skills with customer-focused approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & Excel with excellent typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls / Make outgoing calls as per requirement.
• Management and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and elevate issues to respective Point of Contact / in respective channel.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Research required information using available resources.
• Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software.
• Route calls to appropriate resources.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
• Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
• Inbound Chat Support - Respond with empathy & professionalism.
• Troubleshoot Issues - Make sure users get quick and clear solutions.
