Role & responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide clear, accurate, and professional assistance.

• Understand customer concerns and resolve issues effectively within the defined process guidelines.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers in English and Hindi through the assigned support channel.
• Record customer interactions and update relevant information accurately in the system.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, quality standards, and data privacy requirements.
• Escalate complex or unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer service performance targets.
