Transcom in Pune is hiring for a Customer Support Executive for International Chat E-commerce processes. The role involves handling customer queries via international voice and chat channels, delivering high-quality service, and resolving orders, payments, and delivery issues.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of international voice/chat experience and strong communication skills; UG/Graduate candidates are welcome. CAB facility is available with rotational shifts and a 5.5-day workweek.
