Job summary

PayU in Mumbai is seeking a Customer Service executive/Sr executive on a contract basis. You will promptly address customer complaints, requests and queries, maintaining SLA timelines and coordinating with internal teams for timely responses.

The role requires basic analytical skills, hands-on CRM experience, and familiarity with loans in financial services; advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) skills are preferred.

Qualifications
