Job summary

PayU Payments in Mumbai seeks a Customer Service executive/Sr executive for a contract role. You will handle customer complaints, requests, and queries, ensuring adherence to SLA, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.

Proficiency in CRM systems and basic analytical skills are required, with preference for experience in financial services and loans. Strong Excel skills will be beneficial for data handling and SLA tracking.
