Job summary

Bridgexcel in Ahmedabad is seeking a customer support executive to manage inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and assist with loan and EMI related questions. You will handle account and transaction inquiries and address complaints within defined TAT.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer support, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools to deliver quality service.
