Job summary

Skillventory in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to handle queries related to loans, EMI, payments, statements and account services. You will resolve complaints within defined TAT, coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations and Collections, and maintain CRM records while preparing basic MIS reports.
