Fly High Hr Consultant in Pune seeks E-Commerce Seller Support Executives to handle seller and customer queries primarily through chat. You will work in rotational night shifts and must have excellent English communication and fast typing skills.

Job Role

We are hiring E-Commerce Seller Support Executives to handle seller/customer queries primarily through chat support.

Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, strong typing/chat-handling ability, and be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.

Working Schedule

Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

Possible shift timings:

• 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Salary & Transport

CTC: 32,000–35,000 per month

Female Employees: Free company cab facility
Male Employees: No cab facility; 180 per working day Travel

Allowance (TA) may be provided from Day 1, approximately 4,000/month depending on working days.

Selection Process

3. Operations Final Round

Candidates are expected to demonstrate C1-level English proficiency.

Training & Certification

Training duration is approximately 30–45 days, including nesting/certification.

• Regular leave during training is generally not permitted
  • Medical leave may be considered with valid doctor's documentation
  • Candidates must clear mandatory mock tests and assessments
  • Failure to clear mandatory assessments may result in removal from the process
