JOB DESCRIPTION Location: Kharadi, Pune Process: E-Commerce Seller Support Chat Process

Job Role We are hiring E-Commerce Seller Support Executives to handle seller/customer queries through chat support. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience is mandatory


• Fresher candidates are not eligible


• No freshers / no FRESHER hiring


• Excellent English written and verbal communication


• Strong typing and chat-handling skills


• Comfortable working in rotational night shifts


• Immediate joiners only

Working Schedule

• 5.5 working days / approximately 5 days per week
