Educohire in Pune is seeking a Seller Support Executive for our E-commerce Customer Support process. The role focuses on assisting sellers/customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive service experience. Local Pune residents only.

The ideal candidate has experience in E-commerce Seller Support or Customer Service, with strong communication skills (B2 level). International CS exposure is valued for non-E-commerce backgrounds.

Role Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an E-commerce Seller Support Process in Pune.

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing effective support and assistance to sellers/customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and relevant experience in E-commerce Seller Support, Customer Service, or International Customer Support, depending on their professional background.
