Job summary

PineQ Lab Technology is hiring for an E-commerce Process role in Pune. Candidates with experience in Quick Commerce / E-commerce or International Customer Support are welcome to apply. Strong communication skills and relevant customer support experience are essential.

Work from office in Pune with rotational shifts and a 5.5-day work week. Immediate joiners only. Budget: 3 LPA (Negotiable).

Qualifications

• B2 communication is required for all candidates.
• Experience in E-commerce Seller Support or International experience is preferred.
• International and Domestic customer service exposure in e-commerce will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle seller queries and provide effective resolutions through customer support.
• Assist E-Commerce Business sellers with account, order, payment, listing, and platform-related concerns.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot them, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high-quality customer interactions and meet process SLAs.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

• Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
• Shift: Rotational Shifts

Candidate Eligibility

• If the Candidate is from a non-e-commerce background then B2+ communication is required, and the candidate should have International Customer Service experience.

Selection Process:
