Tech Mahindra is hiring for an international chat support role based in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will resolve queries over chat, handle billing-related interactions, and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Rotational and night shifts are required, with a primary focus on English communication.

Minimum 12th pass and prior international BPO chat experience preferred. Cabs provided on both sides and incentive-based rewards are part of the perks.
