Job summary

Tech Mahindra is hiring for international chat process at Noida, Sector 62, Embassy Galaxy Business Park. The role offers 2.8 LPA to 4.5 LPA with 5-day weeks and night/US shifts and cab facility.

Eligibility includes excellent English, good typing speed, and 9 months of international BPO experience. Both graduate and undergraduate candidates can apply. You will handle international chat queries and resolve issues within SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 9 months international BPO customer service experience is mandatory.
